PMSLogix – SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from PMSLogix on behalf of your healthcare provider.

4. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in through a patient intake form, registration process, or patient portal, you expressly consent to receive SMS communications related to your healthcare billing and account activity. Consent is not a condition of receiving healthcare services.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying <strong>STOP</strong> to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.

7. No Marketing Messages
